Bubbling below the surface, intense and focused, warm and engulfing, stern and dangerous at the approach; yet delicate in the embrace…Wait! Hold on! Don’t play with fire it only stings when it glows – white/blue/red/orange and yellow, is it safe? To late, you are consumed, not quite burned, but enveloped by warm steam hissing. The hiss of sautéed not fried, seared on all sides, observed never approached, to afraid of the sting that hurts so good.
Don’t get got by the good.
